Dave Curan

Logistics Manager

I am Dave Curran and I have been at Oaktree Farm since day one. I have been a manager for over twenty five years but mostly for BMW. I enjoy working with all types of people and find them interesting. My great passion is motorcycle racing but because I'm old and broken I can't race anymore so tend to watch and read about it now.

I have a diploma in health and social and I am very passionate about our customers having a voice and try to help them in any way I can to achieve what they want. I like to see them with happy faces.

Megan Walkden

 Human Resources Manager

I started working at Oaktree Farm care as a support worker in 2016. Since being at Oaktree Farm I have been given the opportunities to progress and develop my skills and knowledge. I am now working within HR since completing my level 3 and level 5 CIPD qualification. 

Diane Watts

Operations Manager

 I have been involved in the health and social care field for most of my life, digressing off in various other fields through the years but always coming back to this enviroment. I started training staff in the health and social care field in 2010 and have since completed PTLLS (Preparing To Teach in the Life Long Sector), and NEBOSH (National General Certificate in Occupational health and Safety), and have completed train the trainer courses in NAPPI (Non Abusive Pyschological and Physical Intervention), fire safety, First aid, Manual handling and other mandatory training. I have a level 5 diploma in health and social care, and a level 7 diploma in stretegic management and leadership. I am able to make training bespoke for staff in order to meet the needs of the customers. 

Naomi Lawrence


I started working at OFC in January 2020 after working in the retail industry for many years. I find the work very rewarding and the customers are great. I have now started my level 3 diploma and looking forward to what the future brings. .
