Oaktree Farm Care is set in a rural environment near Horsham. Where adults with learning difficulties, autism and other disabilites are able to gain life skills, independence and confidence. With the mind to take these forward throughout their adult lives providing purpose in an active society.
The customers are at the centre of all the decisons that are made in how we support and care for them. Supported throughout the process by our well trained staff. This enables our customers to feel secure, confident and included.
It is our commitment to encourage our customers to take greater control of their own lives, support them to remain as independent as possible within their own homes, the community and within their chosen way of life.
TOFFS - We work in partnership with our charity organisation to provide an exiting range of equipment and activities for our customers, please see the TOFFS tab for more information.
